Quad Pack™

General

The equipment used to manufacture the Quad Pack™ style pack can be supplied as an integral part of Sandiacre’s full servo and servo transport range of TG250 and TG320 machines (i.e. L, LT, LD, LDT) or as a retrofit to your existing machine*.

The main benefit of the Quad Pack™ is the additional print panel which becomes available when the back seal is incorporated into one of the fin seals. This benefit enhances pack appearance by giving an unbroken surface for additional product information or graphics.

• Simple menu-based rapid storage and retrieval function for 50 product recipes.
• Synchronisation for feed systems.
• Individual temperature adjustment for sealing elements.
• Horizontal jaw obstruction detection, incorporating instantaneous machine stoppage if required.
• Automatic out of tolerance monitoring of heating elements with instantaneous machine stoppage - (heatseal).
• Fully interlocked safety guarding system.
• Film reel runout device.
• Painted mild steel, fully enclosed construction.
