BTM-250: Block top machine

Sandiacre’s Block Top Machine (BTM) has been designed to complement form, fill and seal machines by automating the process of economically generating neatly folded block-top bags. The BTM receives block-bottom bags from a form, fill and seal machine and transports them through product settling, bag trimming/ sealing, folding and label application stations before auto-ejecting the finished block-top bag on to a waiting conveyor. The entire process is monitored by a state-of-the-art controller, housed within the control cabinet, with operator input through a touch screen interface panel with choice of languages.
